Refund Policy

When you register as a service provider with us, this authorizes you to bid on as many jobs on the Bid Board as you wish during your registration period. We can not guarantee that you will be the successful bidder in the eyes of the consumer, even if you are the low bidder for a job. Many factors go into the decision of the consumer when awarding jobs, including but not limited to the price bid, the quality score, Bio Page information, or other reasons not related to your bid. Therefore, we do not offer a refund for a registration or any unused portion of the registration period.
